February 4th
A winter treat for us all. Barbara Giles has been a professional astrologer for over 30 years and is an expert in the field. She will be talking about the forthcoming ingress of Pluto in Aquarius. The dawning of a new age! Be sure not to miss this fascinating evening.
March 4th
Chart Night - Come and join Kevin Rowan-Drewitt, Secretary of Northern Lights for one of the most popular nights of the year when we will be looking at the charts of famous people. The evening will end with our always popular 'Mystery Chart' where we have to work out who the person is, from their birth chart alone.
April 1st
Local Astrologer, Musician and Tarot Reader, Mick Frankel will be sharing his research into the connections between the sign of 'Gemini and Music'. He will be sharing wonderful anecdotes and discussing some famous astrological examples including Paul McCartney, Tom Jones, Miles Davis, Prince and Kylie Minogue!
May 6th
'All change' - the BIG planetary changes this summer!' a tutorial by Kathy Rowan who has been a Professional Astrologer and Esoteric Teacher for over 25 years. This informative talk, suitable for all levels, will include a helpful handout to take home. It's an opportunity to learn what's going on in the sky this summer and how to go with the astrological flow in your life, rather than battle against it!

Following her highly successful Northern Lights debut last year, the local Writer and Astrologer Sarah Glascott, will be returning to treat us to another fascinating astrological talk. Mark your diaries now!

July 1st
Kevin Rowan-Drewitt, Writer and Secretary of Northern Lights will be sharing his ideas and research into the newly proposed 'astrologers degree' which is a degree in the natal chart which can be found in some people's charts. He will be using some famous charts to illustrate this talk. It's sure to give you something new to think about!
August 5th
A well-researched and entertaining evening is guaranteed with the local Writer, Actor, and Astrologer Robin Calvert. Further details to follow...
September 2nd
Kathyrn Monks, Artist and Astrologer, from our sister group Bolton Astrological Society will be joining us. She will be sharing her research and understanding of the ancient 'planetary intelligences' as used in Western Occultism. These sigils relate to the seven planets nearest the Earth and were originally used in medieval magic.
October 7th
Local Astrologer and Writer John Dawson will be sharing with us his research into the life and natal chart of the famous astrologer William Lily (who is generally considered to be the father of Horary Astrology}. Horary astrology is an ancient astrological technique used to answer specific questions. Be sure not to miss this fascinating evening.
November 4th
Ian Carlisle, the experienced astrologer from our sister group Phoenix Rising in Sale, will be talking about the Neptune/Pluto cycle. He will be considering the history of this cycle as well as how it affects us all as individuals and nationally.

This years XMAS LUNCH will be on Sunday 30th November 2025, from 12 noon till 4pm.
It will be held at The Bedford Hotel which is a popular, family run, hotel in St Annes on Sea.
Our Guest Speaker will be the published Astrological Author, Teacher and Speaker, Margaret Koolman. Margaret specialises in Soul Centered Astrology and is sure to be a fascinating after dinner speaker!
